The largest international literature festival in Asia, called "Unmesh" will take place in Bhopal from August 3rd to August 6th. President Draupadi Murmur will inaugurate the festival and will feature over 575 writers from approximately 100 languages participating in more than 75 programs. In addition to writers from India, participants from 13 other countries will also be present. It is worth noting that this is the second installment of "Unmesh," with the first event having taken place in Shimla in June of last year.
The Union Ministry of Culture and the Culture Department of Madhya Pradesh are organizing an international literature festival in conjunction with a national festival of folk and tribal performing arts called 'Utkarsh,' which is being organized by the Sangeet Natak Akademi. Both events will be inaugurated by President Draupadi Murmu. The Sahitya Akademi New Delhi, the Union Ministry of Culture, and the Culture Department of Madhya Pradesh are collaborating on this joint effort.

Arun Kamal, Govind Mishra, Leeladhar Jagudi, and Usha Kiran Khan.
What will be special apart from poetry and story recitation?
At this international literature festival, attendees can expect a variety of events including poet\ry and story recitations, discussions on Indian devotional literature and ocean literature, and explorations of India's cultural heritage. There will also be talks on topics such as the principle of separation in Indian plays, unity in diversity, and India's gentle strength. Additionally, there will be discussions on the promotion of Indian literature in foreign languages, literature of doctors, literature and nature, creativity-enhancing education, translation, and the importance of mother tongues. Other topics include fantasy and science fiction literature, e-literature, feminism and literature, tribal writing, and the voice of marginalized individuals. Finally, there will be discussions on important issues such as the upliftment of oppressed communities.
